There was another post on juicing different things that I had saved, but I didn't have the one you linked here. I've added it to my favorites now.
This was especially interesting:
"Every cell in the body is constantly bathed in a solution of saline water, and if this is not maintained at its required level dehydration sets in."
So I think I'm on the right track in why I am feeling worse now when I try to increase my water intake. I'll try more Celery juice and maybe see if I can dehydrate Celery in my oven although that might not work too well. I couldn't find organic Celery powder to buy on the usual sites, just celery seed powder.
