No, you are right - I've never mentioned adrenal issues before. When I originally wrote to you, some of the worse symptoms had lessoned: the pounding and fast heart that was so bad I thought I would have a heart attack, being exhausted but not being able to sleep, weakness so bad that I couldn't hold my own head up on it's own, etc. But because those had lessoned, I didn't mention them to you.

I think I've had trouble with having blinders on. I tended to attribute ALL symptoms to just one thing...the candida or the c-diff. Last year I finally realized that I've had mild on-going adrenal issues since at least early teenage years. They got much worse (anxiety attacks) before I got sick. When the candida and then the C diff occured, I think my adrenals were shot down too. It's a disservice to you and ourselves when we neglect to tell you about symptoms (either thinking they are not related or because they have lessoned for whatever reason).

There was so much info on here about adrenal support, but I was lost on the water problem and not knowing what to use instead of salt. You've really cleared it up for me!! Although the adrenal "crash" is over, I know I have a long way to go in building up my adrenals again. But with what you listed, hopefully, I'll be able to drink more water again soon:) I'll also be eager to make a 'sodium broth' after I locate some of the seaweeds you noted. I love your adrenal tincture btw! (no wifi or cordless phones here and EFT has helped in many areas).
