I agree with you, your doctor within, and everybody else...the crisis is over, now it's time to focus more on building the foundation.

--IF#1 & IF#2, daily & consistently (adding 1-3 teaspoons of activated charcoal to all the doses, or just a few)
-- parasite herbs (our 'Unyworm' is designed to mixed into the IF#2 3x daily)
--Keep going with the ACV bombs ( parasites & candida HATE the garlic, cayenne and ACV)
--Nutrition = Superfood, Bee Pollen and juicing (at least a quart of fresh juice daily), plus diet guidelines here: //www.curezone.org/upload/_N_Forums/Natural_Heali/MucuslessDietDrChristopher...

--Ashwagandha to support & heal your adrenals (much of that 'night anxiety' will stop as your adrenals become stronger
--Adrenal Formula tincture REALLY helps this process
--Adrenals want lots of B5 (in the pollen) and natural vitamin C. The cheapest natural vitamin C is acerola cherry powder (available at Mountain Rose and Pacific Botanicals)...just add a spoonful or two to your Superfood (or juice, or whatever).
--Give your liver some cellular & healing support with Milk Thistle seed powder (same sources as above) 1-3T daily (I take 2T daily for 'general liver support'). Think of Milk Thistle seed like a plush 'healing pillow' for your liver. When we take it, the liver just 'soaks up' the healing :)
--The charcoal poultices won't cause "detox", but they WILL take a huge burden off your liver.
--One Coffee-Enema daily, unless you sense you need more. If you want to go to 'every other day', then do so...but don't be surprised to find out your liver may want you to start doing them every day again.

Progress is a process. Like jboy said, we don't undo 'years worth' of damage in a couple-three months. Building a strong foundation is the best thing we can do. You're not going to 'backslide' or 'lose your momentum' by building a strong foundation...you're just going to be ensuring that when/if you need to be super-aggressive again, that you'll have even better results.

You're kickin' butt and taking names...no doubt about it. But give the warrior a rest & a reboot, and he'll have MUCH more energy for the future.

And if I hear ANYTHING about heavy weights, you're going to find out I'm a bigger butt-kicker than you..y'hear? :::grin & wink:::
