Re: Uny, anyone: I need very important advice on slowing things down.
hmm. i'd do a lot of tapping on "I'm a win or go home person", (which seems it might be the engine driving a lot of baggage) and just keep up tapping with everything that comes to mind after you open that -uhm- floodgate. Remember to tap on the feelings that maybe you just can't take it...
Not sure if you are into homeopathics or essences at all, but I can't imagine UNY being against them--we are, after all, energy, and these work at the field level, which then works on the rest. (the gross level is easier sometimes to approach from beyond the muck, so to speak.)
If you are open, then, there is a bach flower remedy that is specifically for the feeling that you might be physically annihilated through all this cleansing/detox. I always get two confused, so you'll have to look it up. It's either sweet chestnut or red chestnut. I don't worry about remembering which, since I just test for which is correct at any given time. One is for overcare/concern of others (which Uny might want to try now and then :-) and the other is the one for fearing for one's own demise.
Last night I put some oregano oil on an especially tender spot, and began to burn up, incinerate, sort of, and then remembered cantharis, which is for all kinds of extreme burning--and presto! instant relief. This is one remedy I would have on hand. It's been known to snstantly relieve radiator (truck) burns on a strong man's hand, that had him in tears.
Ah--by the way, I just looked, it's sweet chestnut:
for "those who have reached the limits of their endurance..." Bach remedies work very well on balancing the transient states of overwhelm.
