I agree... the fact that I've felt so horrible at times is just proof of that. Don't get me wrong, now that I've been through the harshness, well, I'm glad I did.. I learned a lot. But I really think that I'm out of the woods to the point where I can slow things down and be completely fine. Let's see here:
I've passed:
1) a bunch of strands of plaque
2) nearly 2500 stones
3) tons of toxic sludge
4) 100's of parasites
..there were I'd say 5-6 times where I was feeling the harsh symptoms I thought I was going to die or something. I felt really ill.
I'm really a win or go home person, but the harshness isn't worth it.. I'm just not sure on what is the best way to slow things down and still do good work.
