I'm brushing with salt water because baking soda felt too harsh, but maybe I was using too much baking soda. I'm intrigued by the water pic. How does it work? Right now I'm using a rotodent. I was oil pulling with coconut oil but stopped because I was investigating if anything that I was doing was exacerbating the situation. They definitely hurt a lot less since I stopped trying to kill bacteria. I might resume the oil pulling. I do eat about 5-6 teaspoons on coconut oil per day, so I am geeting some of it's power fighting activity.
Otherwise, I take hcl with every meal. Would that be enough to keep my small intestine the right ph? I don't know. My diet is almost completely meat and veggies, but I do have some raw chedder cheese (which agrees with me) and some flax seeds and an apple a day. I'm not givin them up though. It's more important that I don't feel starving and desperate for food and I just can't make myself eat the same food for my snacks that I eat for lunch and dinner. I just can't.... Especially because the choice in meats and veggies that I tollerate are already limited. I'd end up eating the same three things all day every day and that's no bueno.
