No. I have tried Neem oil but I've tried pretty much every other antibacterial natural substance. I feel like the solution is internal. Plus, all of the antibacterial stuff just seems to tick my guns off worse. Lately I've been brushing with salt water and they have stopped hurting and burning, but so far nothing is stopping the redness and ulcerations along the gum line from spreading.
