The HCL I take is swansons 324mg HCL and 14mg pepsin. For the first 2 weeks I was taking prob 4 HCL and 3 now plant enzymes with every meal. That was the beginning of jan and now I usually just take 2 of each product w/meal. I'm eating a little smaller meals now and usually no snacks between meals at all. I can't believe I'm making it through the day now like a normal person with a metabolism that does not feel broken.
I have three periodontal pockets that floss won't touch (gum disease). I do manage it pretty darn wel these days, no bleeding at dentist, no redness. I saw the pics you posted awhile back, wow that looks like nothing I've seen lately!
The water pic for me is indespensible for cleaning or at least flushing out those pockets btwn molars that I otherwise can't touch. The device is nothing more than a little water jet with adj speed. You can use it to administer things like liquid
Grapefruit-Seed-Extract though.. Pretty cool. The routine I mentioned is what works best for me, after 4yrs tinkering around. It's hard to say tho, what will be best for ya? Maybe just a reflection of your inner health. If I had to make my best guess I'd say they just look really irritated and infllamed perhaps they just need to chill out? You don't think your being too aggressive with them or anything?
I know I kept waking up in the morning with dry mouth and sore white coated tongue, and mild sore throat. at that point is when I stopped using harsh alcohol chemical crap mouthwashes. Instead used water only, then some
Colloidal Silver actually, then the coconut oil coating... Problem solved. Happy mouth. I think mouthwashes are a mistake because you don't want to strip the mucousal defenses--open to anything at that point.
