There are a few sections in the links with reports of progress and quite a few people who were in fact cured from his protocol. The reason you see people who are always sick posting on the group is because those who are better don't want to spend all day posting on a group with a bunch of sick people! And those who are posting there are the sickest of the sick so it's understandable that there aren't people posting all over the yahoo groups who are cured because they generally leave a progress report and don't visit the group again.

Andy's hair test book also contains progress reports. His new book is going to contain a ton of success stories.

There are a LOT more people including children that have recovered using his protocol... certainly more than you can count on your hand. Look in the files and links sections of the groups and Moria's website there's a whole site dedicated to progress reports.
