Re: oral chelating vs. chelation by injection

I've had trouble with heavy metals for sometime now. I've been using the Cutler Protocol for a couple of years, and my health has improved a lot.

I'm considering the possibility of going to a doctor for chelation injections. I'm just wondering if there's anyone out there who can tell me if chelation by injection is a good idea or not.

There is one particular concern I have. The closest chelation clinic only advertises the use of EDTA. My understanding is that EDTA is not effective against mercury.

Do you have any advice or suggestions about whether or not I should try chelation by injection or just continue with oral chelation?

If you do have mercury toxicity Andy's protocol is the only way to really get better. Chelation by injection is really really dangerous and will probably result in you becoming terribly ill. I had experience with inappropriate chelation and it made me extremely sick and I have yet to recover 8 months later. Andy's protocol is slowly but surely giving me my health back.

EDTA is not for mercury toxicity and actually makes mercury more toxic if EDTA is taken in the presence of mercury.

Did you ever have a hair test? Do you think your improvement has stopped? If it is actually mercury toxicity Andy's oral protocol will fix the problem. If there are other things going on it could get complicated. How long have you been chelating?

Don't get EDTA injections... it's really dangerous and there are no potential benefits.
