if you absolutely and firmly believe that contrail's are causing MORGELLONS, then it's very possible that when you see a sky full of contrails your symptoms WILL get worse. But it is psychosomatic

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying your illness is psychosomatic. I'm just saying that the exacerbation that you experience when you see lots of contrails could be. It's well known that stress can exacerbate acute conditions. If you are stressing out over contrails than that stress could be a trigger for all of your MORGELLONS symptoms to get worse
