Re: Colon Cleansing Diet

Joe,

thanks for your input!

I know that pasta is not good and eat it very rarely.

When you say:
"Oat bran, oatmeal, whole grains like barley, oat groats, wheat berries, millet, quinoa, amaranth, are better."

Do you mean better than rice? So rice (of course organic, not the white one) is not so good?

I have read thousands of times how good soaked, sprouted, fermented foods are and still haven't found the time to find out and make them. The only thing I am consuming regularly is organic (store bought, not self made) Sauerkraut. I hope to soon start incorporating more of the soaked, sprouted, fermented stuff.

I also don't see a problem with not being 100% raw. As long as we are regularly consuming a big portion of raw foods, there's absolutely no problem (as far as I would say now) with cosuming cooked foods, also.

Thanks again,
Solmare
