Oh yes, I TOTALLY know that insanity! Needing answers is a good thing though (we're much better off than those sorry people who don't).

Answer of the day - ??? You've already got a LOT of answers - you'll have more clues and get more answers as you start applying the solutions (just like you're doing).

Here's what you should do to get even MORE good answers: Go to either one of these forums (get a posting ID) and post the 'symptom list' you have, along with your benzo history, and ask: "Do you think this is the Xanax?"
