Well, apparently there isn't a save feature on FCK editor, and I just lost half of a great post. at the touch of a button :)
I can see where a lot of people get confused about what to eat and what not to eat. That's because there are three different diets in Dr. Schulze's programs. Hee's a quickie rundown of what's available:
Does this clear things up for you, Solmare?
Wings
Wings,
thanks for your answer!
I agree with Schulze's reccomendation of juicing (I am drinking juice almost every day) and juice fasting when dealing with a disease.
It seems that both Schulze and Christopher would reccomend raw foods when colon cleasing, which is contrary to what I have been reading lately and what does make sense to me (just to name one sorce: Dr. F.X. Mayr, a very succesful doctor from Austria, who cured many diseases with a colon cleansing approach, reccomends against raw foods while colon cleansing). And I know from my own experience that whenever I was really sick ( fever, etc.) , the food that I could handle best was steamed vegetables. - Raw would not have been possible. So I suppose it is true that steamed vegetables are far easier to digest and give the colon a break while colon cleansing, whereas raw foods do not.
Wings, Water and everyone:
Any thoughts on my other 2 original questions:
1. When fasting is best while colon cleansing, would eating be less than usual (only 2 meals and both of them smaller than usual) be second best?
2. What do you think of 1 day of fasting per week (while colon cleansing). Could that make the colon cleanse a bit more effective without wanting to go on a real (many days) fast?
Thanks for your input so far,
greetings,
Solmare
If you want to use color, I will attempt to point the way...
When doing a Post or a Reply, instead of clicking on Text choose the FCK editor instead. You will see where you can select Style, Format, Font, and Size. Just after these options you will see a T with a little square of colors and a down arrow. Click on it to select a color for your text... That's it!
