Yeah Im using a very mild form of chelation, because I'm not in any big hurry.

It's basically celtic Sea Salt , iodine(lugol's), selenium, zinc, and silica (BioSil). Iodine and silica are especially potent at pushing heavy metals out into the blood. I've overwhelmed myself a couple times and had to back off (pounding migraine, intense Body Odor , feeling like hell, etc).

I'm using chlorella to bind the metals, and drinking a large glass of water every hour or so to keep the fluids moving.

Like I said, its mild, but Im not really interested in things like DMSA. I dont mind if it takes awhile, Im not in a rush.

I'm still in early days of working on heavy metals, if you have any comments I'd be glad to hear them. Tweet
