Sunflower seed butter isn't real butter any more than almond butter and peanut butter are. I'm casein intolerant anyway, so I can't have milk protein, and would know if I had it, I'm pretty sure. I'm also gluten intolerant.
Nuts attract mold, but almond milk would? I can stop drinking it though. It's only been in my diet for a little over a month, and I didn't have it every day.
