Re: Help ! I need a clue-pain after eating.

Typically the pins and needles sensations are from b12 deficiency. B12 is a vital nutrient that performs many tasks including protein synthesis. When you say left side is this your left side, if it is then the gallbladder would not be the problem as it is on the patient's right side. It is tucked underneath the liver by the bottom of the rib cage. You do fit the profile for gallbladder issues with your age and low thyroid. Intolerance to fat and salt would indicate a magnesium depletion issue as would intolerance to stress. Intolerance to stress would also indicate that the adrenals are a bit spent, I would look into Dr. Lam's research on adrenal fatigue. AF is caused by 1/ stressors in the body such as infections, toxins and 2/ nutritional insufficiency.

If you test for parasites see the test by Metametrix called GI Effects, it is the best around and save yourself some money by doing panel #2105. The GI tract is often the problem with many people in that it can harbor many types of infections and is generally very toxic due to Western diets.
