I realize you don't want advice but do want to mention that you have some of the signs of having a gluten sensitivity - white coated tongue, intestinal symptoms and low B12, maladsorbtion. Gluten sensitivities are wheat allergy (rapid symptoms), Autoimmune Celiac Disease (symptoms so delayed the person doesn't make the connection between symptoms and gluten exposure) and non-celiac sprue (Leaky Gut Syndrome). Blood tests and biopsies of the small intestine miss picking up 20% to 30% of people with the autoimmune problem. Of course you may also have an overload of pollutants and heavy metals and parasites.
For about a 20 year period I did many cleanses and detoxes and had most of the metal removed from teeth and always felt better but this did not stop my developing sprue, serious maladsorbtion. What would have helped, and helps now, is a strict gluten and cow dairy free diet and lifestyle.
