Saunas, detox, gallbladder

I might need to do a little looking before I leap. I had planned to go to a comprehensive dentist who worked on all aspects of pre and post issues of Amalgam removal. I decided to go with fast and cheap. The dentist I am going to is good, i'm sure, but I'll also ned a naturopath. I will try to be as informed as possible.
The chiropractor/kinesthesiologist I go to is the one who helps with issues like adrenals. He told me I had a clogged gallbladder. One remedy I've tried, dr chi's debile pills, I found very soothing(cooling). I think my gallbladder is still weak because I feel a stinging sensation when I eat. I got this idea a while back that it is healthy to eat plenty of olive oil or coconut oil and Seasalt with my meals. Perhaps it worked before, but now I am losing the taste for those things.
I go to a russian/turkish baths( where they have 5 kinds of saunas) once a week for 2 or 3 hours.I hear that sweating is a good way to detox and safe even if you still have metal fillings. I tried an infra red sauna but didn't do well with it I read on one site that it wasn't recommended (perhaps too intense for some)Massage also helps me a lot. I am lucky to be able to get a good inexpensive(chi gong) massage near where I live.I also read that excercize is a good for detox.Hot yoga sounds good. If I stop posting it means I went to a heaven or hell of my choosing. (probably twitter) Thanks CZ
