It would be better idea to start the fast after Sunday breakfast and until Wednesday night. I would start a careful refeeding on Thursday, to prepare my system for the night dinner night.
This is something that I would not really do myself because it has a lot of cons -having to fight hunger one of those,coping with digestive discomfort, other, not to mention the risk of starvation- But it would help you. Some people do fast this way, a few days, 3 or 4, out of the working week. Again, this is not something that I would do or advise.
This idea I am giving you is also bad, but a little less scary than the one you have.
It is not a matter of disagreement. WF conducted in the way you want to do it can be dangerous and also very difficult. Why? Our stomachs are delicate after some time fasting, and careful consideration to the food we ingest is needed to avoid serious health problems.
Let us see what others tell you. If I were you I would reconsider this plan and/or wait to have the proper time in to do it right.
Many people end up in the hospital with similar plans to yours. They hurt their health and also give a bad reputation to Fasting.
People here are experienced. No one will want to see you get yourself in trouble. Wait for more responses.
