I just figured something out and its common sense. Thyroid function may not directly have to do with sexua| function, but it controls metabolism and if your digestion is sluggish, then your body is asborbing toxins. This all in turn screws with your body's natural mojo. Makes sense right? So once I improve my thyroid, my digestion should improve and my body will start absorbing nutrients rather than toxins.
Another question, is it necessary to take selenium while taking iodine? All things ive heard about selenium were bad. Like hair loss and all sorts of things. Is it really necessary to take it if im going to keep my Iodine dose low?
