I would say the list of natural B12 food source did somehow intrigue me...clams, fish, list of those were "forbidden" due to possible mercury poisoning or food that people often allergic to.
Somehow I like clam much much better than liver :(
Soo well...guess this is just another ironic joke.At least you can get the drip (though I wonder what are the ingredients which the drip derives from), I would prefer to get it from food though (tho most needs to be careful, as the b12 present with other toxin). Is the oral b12 supplementation has the same effect? Will there be any possible sensitivity issue if I take it? (I have prob with vit C and B complex already, somehow really reluctant to risk another vitamin supplementation).
