I am in a few forums that discusses whats going on in our bodies. One of them is a all-hormone forum, and another one is everything, but leans more towards the brain. Anyway, in the hormone forum it is pretty much standard that if someone is having thyroid and adrenal problems that addressing nutritional first is necessary. This means getting vitamin b12 to the tippy top of the range.
I take 2000mcg of b12 a day. I have felt a decent difference since addressing me vitamins.
