I apologize, I've told my story in several posts, one in this forum and another in the help forum. He's had this condition for approximately 5 months, and about a year or more ago, he had one day of it.

The condition started as pretty severe after he moved some equipment, which made me think it was a hiatal hernia. It would occasionally be better; he would have 2-3 days of being able to eat fairly normally, then he would be back to being blocked. He wasn't able to eat bread any more, or pasta, just mainly thinner foods.

My husband has just been released from the hospital, and he was told that it would be another week until they would get the results of the endoscopy. One of the doctors who pronounced a death sentence to him, came into the room today, and I basically jumped down her throat. I told her we were not ignorant. This was AFTER she told him again that he would die within the year. I said she was being irresponsible saying that, before she had proof, and she didn't even know if it was benign or malignant. She kept her cool, and kept defending herself. She said he could go to a hospice and die there. I told her I would take care of him, thanks.

I let her know that I wanted all documentation, x-rays, etc. She had us sign a release. She also gave him a prescription for the muscle relaxer, Flexiril, which has been helping him to eat anything at all.

I have been giving him the Indian herb, essiac, Ojibwa Immune Support, partly because of the slippery elm, and in case this was cancer. It has helped his pancreas tremendously. I had been giving him selenium, also, but it was too hard for him to swallow. Also, B6 for neuropathy.
