Others have responded well to your body concern, I will add on your gum issues. You need to clean your mouth properly and make sure the gum is not receding further. All the supplements being advised can help you, but cleaning the gum part is also essential. If possible, try to find a holistic/biological dentist who is aware of this issues (gum receding related to AF) to help you.
