Look into pregnenolone! The adrenals need pregnenolone to manufacture cortisol, and aldersterone. It is deficient in adrenal fatigue. I've noticed an improvement in my AF with pregnenolone supplementation as well as menopause symptoms. I'm currently taking 300mg. I suspect that I'll have to maintain this level for a while yet because when I stop or try to cut back, symptoms return.
After not taking any minerals for a while, I've begun adding them back and in just a matter of a few days, I've noticed an increase in stamina. I'm taking a chelated multi-mineral. You can also take a multi-mineral ascorbate and take care of your vitamin C too.
