I was going to try natural vitamin C (in a self-guided fashion) along with my own L-Proline and L-Lysine supplements (1g per day)) and mineral supplements to gauge the effect (as well as pantethine in equivalent doses)
I take a lot of Vitamin C 6000 mgs and L=lysine 6,000 mgs. I take it to keep my arteries clean. Especially being hypothyroid. It really works for that let me say, but i'm not sure I noticed any improvement in the wrinkling of my skin from taking it. I have been contemplating adding in L-Proline soon, though. It's possible it was making a difference in collagen production and maybe i just did not pay attention. I know that I do not want to get wrinkles and was told this would ward off wrinkles so we shall see.
I'm going to start paying close attention from now on to see what I notice.
