Re: Is Garden of Life Vitamin Code Men's formula a good idea?

Okay, it's the 4th day, and I'm having more powerful die-off than before. The rash comes and goes more quickly, but I'm nervous and shaky (a die-off symptom I'd had before after taking powerful antifungals, so I recognize it as such), and I felt a little weird in the head for a short while this morning, and also two nights ago. I also get chills in my legs (also something I recognize as a die-off symptom), etc.

Die-off is supposed to be getting better by the third or fourth day. Do you think I'm reacting to the yeast in this product? Is it making things worse instead of better? Normally die-off means the candida is dying off powerfully, but if you suddenly get more candida while also killing it, that also causes die-off symptoms, right?

I'm seriously considering stopping this product. What idiot puts yeast in a multi-vitamin? At least it's gluten/casein free. (The stupid "Primal Defense" product contains gluten. Not trying that!!)

I may try it one more day and see if things get even worse, and quit if they do, or I may just quit it today.

Any good alternatives in the (gluten-free, casein-free, sugar-free, yeast-free) multivitamin realm?
