I don't know, I heard that ANY Sugar helps the candida. I also replaced my brand of sunflower seed butter with one that had <1g of Sugar (instead of 3g per serving, and I would often have at least 2 services). So I cut back to like 1g of Sugar a day.
Anyway, if there is an excellent totally sugar-free yeast-free multivitamin, I might switch to that, though people have said good things about Vitamin Code. However, I don't know if Vitamin Code is good for those with candida (as my skin breakout, unless it's die-off related instead, can attest to. Bear in mind that Vitamin Code also contains enzymes and probiotics, some of which might kill candida).
