All FOOD feeds candida period? But Sugar feeds it the most, right? Because I noticed a big difference when I cut back on sugar, then later, when I removed all of it. It seems Sugar affects it more than anything else.
I'm taking grapefruit seed extract, but am thinking of taking Fungal Defense later on. I also take probiotics every morning.
Anyway, what do you think of a vitamin brand that supposedly has yeast in it? Vitamin Code doesn't mention yeast one way or the other on their website. They also don't mention gluten or dairy (which I am intolerant to), but none of the ingredients suggested either. Do you think I can trust this brand?
