Your choice wanna_juice
Hi wanna_juice
I’ve experienced this jelly stuff once and in my case it was nearly orange.
The
Epsom Salt question is quite a big issue and although I don’t have any difficulty swallowing it I would prefer not to take it. It purpose is four fold:
To purge the stomach and gut of any previous days food.
To dilate (widen) the bile duct.
To purge the stomach and gut of gall stones and chaff that may have toxic effects and/or could cause a blockage.
To be at hand in case one has a stubborn stone.
Over all its purpose is to reduce the slight risks involved with flushing with olive oil and juice alone.
Now, this is where you take control and make the decision by weighing up the risks. You could take nothing which probably isn’t wise, or take an alternative. The magnesium citrate is very popular and folks have good results. There is also the option of Andrews Liver Salts – Original which includes in its ingredients:
citric acid 19.5%, MAGNESIUM SULFATE 17.4% ANDSODIUM BICARBONATE 22.6 %
This is an option that I prefer because it includes some magnesium sulphate and taste quite a lot better. I am sure that there are other similar products on the market.
