Re: How to cure Sibo naturally ?
Well, since an infection ( 5 months ago) which I believe is from a bad cooked red meat, I think it is E COLI that cause a set of symptoms ; at the begining I had abdominal distension, gas, fever, ill general state, nausea, fatigue, mood changes.
Also read that e coli produces toxins that damage the gut lining that may lead to sibo.
Since then I had twice stomach burning and abdominal dystension and saw clear white balls or stringish things after
Liver Flush in stools ( which are signs of sibo as I read)
Also, my belly always make noise after eating, I read it is sibo symptoms as well.
Also, collarbone inflammation, salivating a lot specially the morning ( maybe a way for the body to cleanse toxins, oil pulling could be a tool but I am not sure of its efficacy I got actually the stomach burning after 1 week of oil pulling and it didn't prevent it)
My belly is still dystented today.
