Well, I have had my salivary IgA tested for candida and it came back showing a high response. The diflucan hasn't given me any severe die-off symptoms, I had diarrhea the first night and had to wake up to go, but since then nothing.

and I normally would agree with what you are saying about acid, and I may drop the nexium. I actually had tested myself with betaine hcl tablets before and based on what I found thought that I had WAY too little stomach acid (worked up to taking over 15 tablets at once and still felt nothing), but based on my GI's claims after the endoscopy figured that he was right and I just was desensitized to the burning feeling.
I also react awkwardly to citrus fruit, they cause my tongue to become coated in a weird yellow plaque(for lack of a better word)
