I'll read more into them. That also reminds me though, what would be a good source of probiotics? I picked up a probiotic pill supplement from my local drugstore and did not pay attention at all. It contains both milk and soy, and I definitely reacted to it, quickly. It isn't easy finding probiotic sources that are not milk derived though. Recommendations?
