Re: GABA an anxiety meds?

I ended up having to take a benzo. Just a .25 of xanax. I got hit out of nowhere with huge anxiety an brain fog, thought I was dying.


Not sure what caused it, but right when it started to happen I had to urgently empty my bowels.

What's weird is i've had an attack like that before an had to urgently empty the bowels.


I dunno what the f*** is going on with me. I still can't find a capable doctor.


I did take 750 of the gaba. I dunno what effect it had, but something had an affect. I'm still very on edge/wirey/scared about life/dying/reality.
