Is it safe to take benzos when i'm taking GABA? I know gaba is supposed to calm you down. But I don't feel any calmer

Yes that's fine. And I don't think GABA crosses the BBB but I may be wrong..

Also, I think your thinking about this whole thing way too much. Seriously dude, the mind is a powerful thing and the more you focus the worse things get, that just how it is. You usually get the opposite of what you want in terms of "thinking" what you try so hard to resist manifests. Calm down, forget about life, forget everything. Meditate, clam yourself, join the universe and it's energy, let everything go, become a vibration, close your eyes.
