GABA an anxiety meds?

I started taking GABA today. an I also started taking ALOT of other shit to try an grasp reality a little better. Taking magnesium(250mg today an got diareah), vit c, lechitin, b complex as well.

I feel slightly clearer in my mind after the gaba. But I just ate some chicken with some cumin on it, i forgot i was slightly allergic to cumin. My chest feels tight, getting some anxiety, getting itchy, an my breathing feels weird...like i'm not getting enough oxygen.

Is it safe to take benzos when i'm taking GABA? I know gaba is supposed to calm you down. But I don't feel any calmer, maybe it's the B complex...it makes me shakey an way to energetic. I feel a little clearer in my mind, but instead of the out of reality feeling. Now i just have the regular old "racing" anxiety. It's gotta be the B complex...cause it happened last time I took that shit.


I'm cutting out the B tomorrow, an cumin. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. I'm debating whether or not a hospital visit is in order if my breathing gets any worse.
