I too have had much problems with digesting fats and I have been struggling with ill health for six years now, ever since I got some parasites that were really difficult to eradicate. One scource of food that really helps is salmon. Not the cultivated one you get frozen from the supermarket. It has to be the wild one. I have tried everything else, grinded flaxseed and omega 3, but nothing that has showed such a great effect as the salmon. I live in Sweden and buy the Norwegian salmon, maybee it's more difficult for you who live in other countries. I eat about half a kg/ day. If I skip it for a day or two, my condition gets worse. I have read that except for the omega 3, the wild salmon is contains about 80% more of a very powerful anti-oxidant (can't remember the name).
