Did you guys know about Flax seed?

At least for me, I can't believe how it has helped me in just ONE day!

My gallbladder pain is substantially lessened, but it has done several things: It helps with all my aches and pains. I feel almost as good as after that one flush I did that I keep talking about in which I haven't feel as good since.

But my mother-in-law called me yesterday and told me she was reading on the internet about Flax seed oil and how it is supposed to help your gallbladder. I told her I had some and that I would try it out. It has not only substantially made me feel better, but it also loosened up my stool and that also I think has helped me.

But the main thing I feel is peaceful inside. Most of the time I feel a storm is going on inside my body and I feel awful. This has made me feel better.

This may, however, have been the final thing to remove the weight from the immune system so that I could feel better, but I don't really think so. I think this has substantially helped me. Few things have made such a dramatic difference. I still have tons of stones, of course, but this is helping me in this journey.

All of you are such an inspiration to me.
