I have the same problems with my Partner, he drinks Coke, eats rubbish, and doesn't seem to notice that he is putting on a bit of middle age spread. What saves him, I think, is that he is pretty active, surfing, fishing, golf.

It stresses me out sometimes too, but at least he will use natural remedies when he gets ill, its a start.
