I could say comments like that are nitpicking, you are picking on RyanD because he is truly counter your views. There are MANY who do the same and yet you do not complain about them just because they share your views so it says something about your ruthless style.

So if everyone who debates tries to avoid using "YOU" and uses a generic term then its not literaly a personal attact, but definitely a direct attack on the opinion, here is a sample

If you change the following statement from :

"Your doublethink terminology only exposes your denial and your willful ignorance!"

To:

"Doublethink terminology of pro-abortionists only exposes their denial and their willful ignorance!"

that way it is not considered a personal attack but just as effective in conveying the message if not more so. Its an easy mistake that everyone makes, but easy to fix too.
