Thank you for your replies, it feels like such a painful lonely journey dealing with all this...

And the funny part is, I know that I need to be very diligent with my diet, cleanse..etc...but the problem is that I have this super intense FEAR that no matter what I do, the Acne will never ever go away ! That is what is bothering me...trying to muster up the courage to TRUST that I can actually heal from this.

It's just so hard to smile and feel good when I look like this.... Acne all over my face, neck, back and chest..it's so gross..

I am afraid that my boyfriend will think I'm disgusting and want nothing to do with me...afraid of all the judging...people can be so hurtful...
I was at a point in the past where I walked with my head down all the time and could not even make eye contact and I actually developped a stutter ! How crazy! -but that's how low my self esteem went..and I just want to do this differently this time..

What is the BEST protocol to prepare for the Liver Flush in order to soften stones? Is it apple juice or apple cider or apple cider vinegar or phos drops or chanca piedra?
Please show me a step by step plan for Acne : how/when, supplements, etc..

I once tried a Liver Flush in the past and i think i got some stones stuck because i had massive upper abdominal pain every time i ate for a month after -especially when i ate fats.

Thank you again to any/all help! This site is such a gift to us that are really struggling.
