Natural Sources for Vitamin D Re: Vitamin D deficiency ..& visit to chiro

Hi Anne,

[now I know this forum is all bout natural healing and not taking supplements especially in isolated form ..but what else am I supposed to do /take for the deficiency ???]

There are many FOODS that contain vitamin D!

Check out the information below. I hope it will help you find easy ways to get your needed vitamin D without taking supplements from isolated/toxic sources.

As far as Dr. Schulze s/Christophers "view", I've never read anything but sunlight...and that's all we need (assuming our liver/kidneys are in good shape, because these organs are responsible for the 'conversion').

Chlorophyll is particularly awesome in regards to Vitamin D - Alfala, Chlorella, Spirulina, & Wheat Grass (all in the Superfood) - all have Vitamin D :)

Alfalfa is particularly high in Vitamin D - and likely MUCH higher in sprouts.

So, if you want more, start sprouting alfalfa - eat them, or juice them with your other juices. OR, order a pound or two of alfalfa powder and add more to your Superfood :)

Heal ON!
