Re: Great forum

Hi Trimnut2, and welcome. I'm very glad your enjoying the forum, I have a lot of fun getting all this info together.

I'm really interested in the way you are preserving greens. I have not heard of bran ferment, is this a type of pickling mixture? Would you be happy to elaborate.

I often have gluts of leafy greens, such as kale, chicory, nettle and others, I usually freeze them into ice cubes, but I would love to know other ways of preserving them for winter.

I also make kelp chips and preserve them by drying, they are a delicious snack and full of Iodine and vitamins. If I get very thick pieces of kelp, I make them into chews for my dogs, they love them.

I would love to be able to find somewhere close to me that deals with the compressed air cars. Can you purchase them through Enginair?

Please keep us updated with your ideas :)
