I have the same problem with not eating fats. When I tried to eat low-fat (did it for years) I was a mess, my PMS, moodswings, cravings etc. were off the wall. I really learned a lot on why when I read the books "Nurishing Traditions" and "The Makers Diet". I don't think that my body was absorbing the good fats that I was eating because my GB was full of stones. Then the intense cravings would come, since I have been cleansing, even before the flush the cravings are so much better.
