Olive oil is a man made fat? Come on; I see Italian damsels whose skin is glistening in the sun squishing ripe, fresh, organic olives with their feet. The olives precious oil is a result of photosynthesis, good soil, rain, and human care.

Some people just have trouble drinking any kind of oil, not olive oil. Take a gulp of code liver oil and tell me what you think.

I put a 1/2 divided equally in two glasses , and then swallow, don't drink it, just gulp it down and forget it. Its good for the body!
