I was clearly jesting, sir, although in all seriousness your definition of "processed" is startling to say the least. If all is as Nature intended, and if man's interference leads to an unnatural state, then surely picking the apple from the tree is also "processing" the fruit to a certain extent. As we eat any given fruit (or should I say any
taken fruit) our digestive system breaks it down and assimilates the nutrients through the body; this, too, could be seen as "processing".
Almost everything man does - whether eating, drinking, and even breathing - involves a "process" of some sort...it all depends on how pedantic your views are as to what is natural and what is not.
I am curious to read of your own chosen diet. Reading your words suggests that you are a breatharian (although, amusingly, sunlight must also be processed), yet I suspect you are existing on a full SAD, as all other "doubters" tend to do.
Anyway, I think this topic descended into farce some time ago.
