That is so awesome for you and your sister! I love reading success stories. I have a couple of questions about your protocol:

1. At what time of day do you take the OO/GF juice mixture? Just any time of the evening and then you get up?
2. No colon cleansing before the mixture?
3. How many flushes have you and your sister done?

I have read the Frahm's book, it's excellent!
