The detox supplements are helping you eliminate the acetaldehyde and other toxins. It probably would have been worse without them.

Elevated heart rate is on the list of Herx reactions, so that's probably what it was/is.

Adding the interfase would be adding a lot of complexity. I wouldn't do it/ don't think you need it.

I would back off my dosing just enough to keep the reactions manageable. You can damage with high acetaldehyde levels.
