Did a test batch today with Ascorbyl Palmitate, instead
of ascorbic acid. This is already at a neutral Ph
so no baking soda. Seemed to blend fine. added
a touch of stevia to improve the flavor.
Since ascorbly palmitate is already bound to
a palmitate (fat molecule) to increase absorption
with the Ultra sonic process as above seemed
logical. So far their has been no separation,
a smooth milky blend.
